This tool estimates your NEET 2026 All India Rank from official NEET 2025 score-to-rank data published by the NTA. We use 2025 rather than 2024 deliberately: the 2024 result was distorted by a grace-marks controversy where many candidates scored full marks, so the same score gave very different ranks. For 2026, the 2025 distribution is the more representative reference.
Your rank is then matched to college tiers using MCC and state counselling closing-rank trends — for example, the last General-category government MBBS seat under All India Quota closed near AIR 26,000 in 2025. Where Indian government seats are out of range, the tool surfaces private, deemed and recognised overseas MBBS options. All results are indicative and shown as a range, because real cutoffs shift each year with candidate volume and difficulty.
It uses official NEET 2025 NTA marks-vs-rank data with linear interpolation between score bands. No predictor guarantees an exact rank, but it gives a tight, directionally accurate range. We use 2025 because the 2024 result was affected by a grace-marks controversy.
